Prior to booking a trip, make sure that the game you intend to hunt is in season and available in our area. We reside in Frio County.

Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to reserve all hunts. The remaining 50% will be due at the beginning of the hunt. We will email you confirmation of deposit received and your hunting dates. All Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Dilley Dove reserves the right to cancel or postpone any type of hunt due to inclement weather or other conditions that are an act of God. There will be no cancellations by hunting party for weather related events. If you want guaranteed good weather, we recommend an indoor sport.
If Dilley Dove cancels a hunt due to inclement weather we will reschedule anytime that is available for both parties within 1 year of the original hunt date. Dilley Dove will work with your schedule to the best of our ability. On certain hunts with shorter seasons the deposit may be applied to another hunt.
If a client cancels a hunt or does not make the hunt on the agreed upon day, he/ she forfeits their deposit. If a member of a group cancels, he or she forfeits their deposit. Their deposit does not get applied to the total cost of the group’s hunt.
